Sydney Metropolitan Groundwater Source

The Sydney Basin Central Groundwater Source is one of the major groundwater sources within the Greater Metropolitan Region in New South Wales, Australia. It’s located in the central part of the Sydney Basin and is a significant water resource for the region.  This groundwater source is a part of the larger Lachlan Fold Belt Greater Metropolitan Groundwater Source.
